Timeman

Timeman is another one of Megaman's brothers, again he like Oilman, didn't appear in Megaman 1 but did appear in the remake Megaman Powered Up for the PSP. I made this from the sketch I saw [link] (on the bottom right corner) again what inspired me to complete this picture were a couple pictures that did of a couple other sketches that were found. So anyways, Timeman has the power to slow down time and shoot clock arrows.
